Around Christmas time, I visited Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary in Alberta, Canada. It is a beautiful sanctuary where they teach about Wolves and inform people why they are bad pets.
Wolfdogs, also known as wolf hybrids, are animals that result from the breeding of a domestic dog with a gray wolf, red wolf, or eastern wolf. While they may seem intriguing to some, there are several reasons why wolfdogs are not suitable as pets and why their breeding should be discouraged.
